I am pleased to announce that Education Catering Support Services has won three new contracts with clients in Lincolnshire and Walsall this month. The clients have opted to partner with Education Catering Support Services for 18 months.

These schools will receive dedicated daily management support for their schools catering service. The support includes:

• Employee performance management
• Budget performance management
• Contract management
• Kitchen supervisor support
• Management of legislative compliance
• Auditing of the food quality and food production standards
